"He dropped the ball once an offer was accepted. In the end he was unsure about when closing would occurr, was not present for the closing although he knew i was an absentee "closer". When the closing did occurr, It was 2-3 hours after the closing took place before he notified me and when the money did not transfer until the 3rd business day, he was unconcerned and didn't help track down why. It seems like after the deal was agreed upon, he was an absentee representative!"
